Refund eligibility depends on several factors including timing, program type, and circumstances. Here's what qualifies for our refund consideration:

  • Requests submitted within 14 days of initial program enrollment
  • Less than 25% of course materials accessed or downloaded
  • No completion certificates issued or progress milestones achieved
  • Technical issues preventing access that cannot be resolved within 7 business days
  • Medical or emergency situations with appropriate documentation
  • Program cancellation or significant changes made by travenqiosta

Please note: Specialized workshops, one-on-one mentoring sessions, and certification programs may have different eligibility requirements due to their personalized nature.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval, depending on your financial institution.

Payment Methods & Processing Times

Refund processing times vary based on how you originally paid for your program:

  • Credit Cards: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Debit Cards: 7-14 business days after approval
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank Transfers: 10-15 business days after approval
  • Corporate/Institutional Payments: 15-21 business days after approval

International transactions may require additional processing time due to banking regulations and currency conversion requirements.

Special Circumstances

We recognize that unexpected situations can impact your ability to complete programs. Here's how we handle specific scenarios:

Medical Emergencies: Full refunds available with medical documentation, regardless of program progress, within 90 days of enrollment.

Technical Difficulties: If persistent technical issues prevent access to your program materials, we'll first attempt resolution through our support team. If issues remain unresolved after 7 business days, full refunds are available.

Program Changes: Should travenqiosta make significant modifications to program content, structure, or delivery methods, enrolled students may request full refunds within 30 days of notification.

Duplicate Enrollments: Accidental duplicate purchases are eligible for immediate full refunds when reported within 30 days.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain services and products cannot be refunded due to their nature:

  • Completed programs where certificates have been issued
  • Downloaded course materials and resources after 14-day period
  • One-on-one coaching sessions that have already occurred
  • Physical materials that have been shipped and delivered
  • Third-party certification fees and examination costs
  • Custom or personalized program development

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be appropriate based on program usage and circumstances:

25-50% program completion: 50% refund may be available for compelling circumstances such as job relocation or family emergencies.

50-75% program completion: 25% refund may be considered for exceptional situations with appropriate documentation.

Over 75% completion: Refunds are generally not available, but we may offer credit toward future programs.

Each partial refund request is evaluated individually, considering both policy guidelines and individual circumstances.
